Hi, I’m Jill Moyaerts
Arizona has been home since 1991, and helping people find the right place to call home has been a part of my life for even longer.
Growing up, I was introduced to real estate at an early age through my father, who built homes and apartment communities. Some of my earliest memories include helping show properties and learning firsthand how important a home can be to the people who live there.
Professionally, I honed my marketing skills working for a Fortune 50 company, earning sales achievement awards while helping clients make important business decisions. That experience taught me how to listen carefully, ask the right questions, understand what set me apart from my competition and negotiate successfully.
At the same time, real estate remained a constant part of my life. For more than 20 years, my family and I have invested in renovation and home-flipping projects, providing me the investor’s perspective. This experience provided me with insight into the importance of a home with good bones and a desirable lot location.
Today, I combine that background with my passion for Arizona living to help buyers find communities that truly fit their lifestyle—whether that’s a 55+ community, a golf course neighborhood, a master-planned community, or a home close to the outdoor activities they enjoy most.
I created Good Life AZ Homes to give buyers a trusted resource that goes beyond listings and helps them confidently compare communities from wherever they call home. Many of my clients begin their search from out of state or Canada, and I’ve guided buyers through every step of the process—from virtual tours and neighborhood comparisons to a successful closing—even when they couldn’t be here in person.
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll likely find me hiking Arizona trails, playing pickleball, golfing, spending time with family, or exploring new communities around the Valley. My husband and I raised our two sons in Arizona—one recently graduated from ASU and now works in Tempe and the other attends U of A in Tucson.
